When Rivers Meet
When Rivers Meet have taken the country by storm, a husband and wife duo Grace and Aaron. They exploded onto the scene in 2019/20 with a couple of EPs and an album and then November 2021 they released Saving Grace. In 2021 they were the first band to win four UK Blues Awards and were voted best new band by Planet Rock listeners.

Joanne Shaw Taylor
Joanne Shaw Taylor blues guitarist/singer, born in the Black Country and discovered at the age of 16 by Eurythmics co-founder Dave Stewart. She has spent a decade releasing albums and touring and has built up a massive following across the world including the likes of Stevie Wonder, Joe Bonamassa and Annie Lennox.

Heading over to the states now for Samantha Fish the Kansas guitarist/singer/songwriter started her career in 2009 and has started to gain a reputation as a guitar hero and powerful live performer and has released 8 albums including the latest great album Faster.

Elles Bailey
Back to the UK and close to home, that is Bristol and Elles Bailey who is a recent addition to the UK Blues scene, having now released her third album since 2017. The latest (Shining in the Half Light) just missing the top 40 in the UK albums charts at number 42.

Chantel McGregor
Finally Chantel McGregor Bradford's finest guitarist/singer/songwriter, told that girls don't play guitar like that, stuck by her guns and gained a first class honours degree in popular music in 2008. 2011 she won Young Artist Of The Year at the British Blues Award on 2012 she won the best female vocalist, 2013 she won best guitarist and best female vocalist and then guitarist of the year in 2014. She has released two studio album, one live albums and during lockdown she entertained from her shed and released two albums from the recordings.
