Those Damn Crows
The band formed in 2014 in Bridgend, Wales, with vocalist Shane Greenhall, guitarist Ian "Shiner" Thomas, bassist Lloyd Wood and drummer Ronnie Huxford, with second guitarist David Winchurch joining the band soon after. They had a great sound and energy right from the start, I was lucky to see them in a small venue back in 2018 and it has been a pleasure to watch them grow, to now be the leading "New Wave of Classic Rock " band. They are really making a break for the mainstream playing arena tours. Their recent (fourth) album hit the top spot in the UK Albums charts, the first for Earache Records.
The band's name came from Huxford's father—himself a former musician who played with some of the most famous names of the day, including Shirley Bassey, Dusty Springfield and P.J. Proby—who was feeding the birds in his garden one day when he shouted "Those damn crows!" Ronnie took the idea to the other members and they quickly settled on it as their band name.

Since the beginning, Nichols has carved out his own singular path in the music world and his new songs reveal newfangled sides and a different level of depth to the JJN experience. In 2021, Jared was officially welcomed into the Gibson family as a brand ambassador.

Troy Redfern
Another third of RHR, Troy being an explosive slide guitarist. He's released six solo albums between 2015 and 2022. Pete Feenstra from Blues Matters Magazine says His music is physical, engaging and emotive and worthy of hip references like indie blues, except it's backed up by real substance and stretched to the limit by virtuoso solos. When you listen to Troy Redfern you're buying into a new world vision where his high energy approach uncompromisingly hits you in the guts before making a cerebral connection.
